F&B Service Expert Team Leader

To guide and train the F&B service expert by 12 months cross training among different operation venues to be qualified as a F&B service expert Team Leader position. (Cross training venues including the Seasons by olivier e., YEN, Banquet Service, In-Room Dining, Bars - YEN Bar, and WOOBAR/WET Bar, total 5 venues)

Take orders for and serve all food and beverage requests, using suggestive selling techniques.

Perform as per SOS (sequence of service in different venues and shifts).

Demonstrate Whatever/Whenever attitude in response to guest request.

Control guest checks and secure proper payment.

Set up station and table to ensure they are complete.

Maintain proper condition and cleanliness of dining areas, service pantry and equipment.

Opening and closing duties.

Follow all company policies and procedures.
