Expert in Food Service (Waiter/Waitress)

The person in the position of Expert in Food Service in our Team will be responsible for serving our guests, providing unforgettable hospitality experiences. The waiter/waitress in our Team is a person who is open, positively oriented towards people, communicative, and fluent in English and Polish.

WE OFFER:

Access to a full benefits package offered by Hotel Bristol in Warsaw for people employed on the basis of an employment contract, including:

• Medical care in LuxMed - basic package (Comfort Plus) for the Employee is funded by the Employer; the Employee has the option to extend the package and add family members at an additional cost;

• Group life insurance Hestia - the Employee has the option to join the insurance on preferential terms, with full funding from their side;

• Meals in the employee canteen - Employees have the option to freely use breakfasts and lunches served in the employee canteen;

• Transport top-up - available to employees after a probationary period (3 months), a supplement to the salary in the amount of 50.00 PLN gross per month;

• Multisport Card - the sports card is subsidized from the Company Social Welfare Fund. The amount of the subsidy depends on the Employee's social situation and amounts to 30.00 PLN, 40.00 PLN, or 50.00 PLN per month;

• English language classes - free group classes for Employees of different levels of proficiency, classes are held twice a week at the Hotel Bristol premises, upon prior registration of interest by the Employee;

• Employee Awards - available to Employees for special achievements, exceptional commitment and attitude, implementing innovative ideas in accordance with the content of internal procedures;

• Subsidies from the Company Social Welfare Fund (CSFWF) - the Employer, in accordance with the statutory requirement, pays funds to the CSFWF. The currently adopted practice is payments on the occasion of, among others, Christmas holidays, and subsidies for cultural events for Employees;

• Birthday celebration - in the month when the Employee celebrates their birthday, they receive a gift in the form of two cinema tickets, provided that they continue to be employed on the day of their birthday.

• Free laundry - the Employee may freely use the external laundry services of the Employer in the working day;

• Anniversary awards - celebration of every 5th anniversary of employment in the Marriott International network, in accordance with the Marriott Int. network procedures and internal regulations;

• Employee Referral Program - if, as a result of a recommendation by an Employee, a candidate is hired on the basis of an employment contract, after 6 months the Employee receives 2,500.00 PLN gross, and after another 6 months of work of the recommended person, the Employee receives another 2,500.00 PLN gross. Payment is made in accordance with the conditions described in the internal procedure available to Employees during the period of employment;

• Integration activities - Employees have the opportunity to participate in various types of events organized by the Employer, charitable initiatives, and other events: both within the hotel and between hotels of the Marriott International network in Poland;

• Rich training offer - the Employer provides mandatory and additional training on the corporate platform, as well as many internal trainings carried out by external companies.

• Discounts on studies - the Employer offers attractive discounts on studies at the WSB Merito University in Warsaw under the terms agreed between the Employer and the University.
