Room Service Expert
In connection with the development of the In-Room Dining Department and the aim to enhance guest service quality, we are seeking a person to support our Room Service Team in creating exceptional experiences at a luxury standard. This role has a real impact on the comfort of our guests, both through professional order taking and their prompt fulfillment and by creating a friendly atmosphere.
The person in this position will be responsible for:
- answering guest phone calls and taking room service orders
- processing orders, monitoring their fulfillment, and finalizing invoices
- contacting guests regarding orders, cart collection, and satisfaction with the services provided
- providing daily operational support to the Room Service Team
- maintaining the highest standards in line with the Forbes Travel Guide
Join us if you have:
- minimum one year of experience in direct guest service (experience in wines and a la carte service is desirable)
- experience with POS systems is desirable
- very good knowledge of Polish and English
- high personal culture, impeccable presentation, and knowledge of savoir-vivre
- ability to create a friendly atmosphere, work independently, and have an ethical approach to duties
- ease in conducting conversations and building positive relationships
- current sanitary and epidemiological clearance
- commitment, enthusiasm, and a desire to develop in a luxury standard hotel
The job is part-time, Monday to Sunday, in the afternoon shift, 40 hours per week.

- Subsidies from the Company Social Benefits Fund (CSFB) - the Employer, in accordance with the statutory requirement, pays funds to the CSFB. The currently adopted practice is payments on occasions such as Christmas holidays, and subsidies for cultural events for Employees;

The payment is made if the conditions described in the internal procedure available to Employees during their employment are met;
