Restauration Employee (M/F) Overview

The Restauration Employee (M/F) ensures quality service to satisfy customers and does not hesitate to go beyond customer expectations to meet all their needs.

Main duties include:

Customer Satisfaction and Quality

• Communicate any anomalies to their manager
• Ensure information is up to date to provide accurate and quick information to customers
• Respect Marriott procedures, standards, and values
• Know the menu and products
• Responsible for setting up the point of sale for the smooth running of the service
• Perform high-quality service, serving dishes and drinks ordered by the customer with courtesy
• Perform work tasks assigned by their superior, such as setup, clearing, and transport between the kitchen and the point of sale
• Knowledge of table arts.
