Position Summary:
As Director of Sales, you lead the property's segmented sales efforts and deliver revenue, market share, guest satisfaction, and financial objectives. You oversee daily sales activities, implement strategies for group, transient, and catering segments, and align them with brand initiatives. The role requires building long-term client relationships, partnering with Revenue Management to optimise pricing and mix, managing key segments, and supporting all sales channels. You lead a high-performing team, develop talent, and ensure compliance with Marriott International policies.
