Summary of the Position

The Marketing Manager develops and implements marketing strategies to promote the hotel establishment to our clients and partners, attract new clients or partners, and retain existing customers.

The main duties include:

  • Developing the marketing strategy with the Management and conducting marketing operations with a targeted clientele.
  • Implementing communication actions, developing relationships with influencers, and regularly analyzing the results of each action.
  • Defining a content strategy and communication in line with the hotel's identity and Marriott values.
  • Establishing a social media strategy to ensure the hotel's visibility on these platforms.
  • Ensuring a presence on the main social networks and creating original content to attract and retain customers. Being a force of proposal and making recommendations on the hotel's online presence.
  • Monitoring the correct execution of the content calendar and analyzing Key Performance Indicators, conversions, and return on investment objectives.
  • Supervising and coordinating all advertising activities, e-commerce, promotions, public relations, and the hotel's brochures or advertising materials.
  • Ensuring the diffusion and knowledge by all hotel services of our hotel's values.
  • Ensuring internal communication jointly with the human resources department.
  • Being the relay of Digital Field Marketing (DFM) to ensure the implementation and follow-up of the digital strategy on our website and partner sites.
  • Similar experience desired.
  • Mastery of digital marketing tools (SEO, SEA, social networks).
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Organizational skills and creativity.
  • Knowledge of the hotel sector and customer expectations.
  • English: Read, Speak, Write (Mandatory).
  • Team spirit and contact, ability to analyze problems, rigor, and organizational method.
  • Motivation and dynamism.
  • Open-mindedness, enjoys working in a team.
  • Customer service sense.
