Job Title

Your Responsibilities:

• Accurately set up and prepare meeting and banquet spaces according to written instructions
• Ensure the orderliness, cleanliness, and functionality of all materials and meeting equipment
• Properly store unused furniture and equipment
• Implement and adhere to service and quality standards in the banquet and restaurant areas
• Welcome speakers/trainers on site and manage coffee breaks (break arrangements, banquet service, etc.)
• Book the transactions made
• Support the restaurant service team
• Prepare banquet events (reconfigure and set up meeting rooms, set up and check tables, and provide and check meeting equipment)
• Prepare coffee breaks for meetings

• Completed apprenticeship/hotel school
• Good German and English language skills
• First professional experience in banquet service is an advantage

The gross monthly salary is from €2,300. Willingness to pay more depends on experience and qualification.
