Commercial Attaché Marketing

MAIN TASKS

  • Be in charge of creating and producing various materials (photos, texts, videos) to activate on different sites and social media, in line with the brand, the directives received, and the positioning of the hotel.
  • Maintain an updated photo library for all advertising materials, internal and external documents, and public activities, as part of the hotel's promotional activities.
  • Work in perfect collaboration with the Commercial and Marketing Directorate and the marketing manager, to contribute to creating an action plan, implementing and executing the Marketing and Communication strategy.
  • Be proactive (force of proposal) and execute activities to promote the establishment, including events.
  • Implement initiatives to promote the brand, act as a brand leader, and ensure full compliance with brand standards, programs, and guides.
  • Implement and conduct strategies with our partners.
  • Evaluate promotional opportunities, set up advertising and communication campaigns on and for the websites, and ensure follow-up with analysis of the results of these actions.
  • Provide the necessary support to the sales teams (commercial teams) to develop the most appropriate advertising tools (including commercial presentations, online creations, and other tools), and implement the promotion campaigns of the establishment, in perfect coherence with our standards.
  • Lead the hotel's social media strategy, with consistent information, and manage the different social media channels.
  • Work with the "Digital" team to ensure optimal use of different marketing networks, to optimize promotional campaigns, and to ensure a consistent impact of these campaigns.
  • Interact with the regional marketing and communication team for the implementation of promotions, even at the national level.
  • Develop and ensure the respect of the marketing and communication budget.

PROFILE SOUGHT

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing within a luxury brand.
  • Degree in Marketing, Communication, or similar field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and creation of offline & online campaigns.
  • Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency with computer, digital, and creative tools.
