This is what your day looks like:

A special highlight is our open show kitchen, where every day fresh cooking takes place live and in color.

Responsibilities include:

1. Ensuring a smooth shift schedule

2. Service-oriented and personal care of all guests

3. Responsible for the personnel deployment planning in compliance with labor laws as well as the personnel management and development

4. Ensuring and implementing quality and service standards as well as monitoring the HACCP concept

5. Training and instructing employees and trainees

6. Handling complaints

7. Organization and implementation of various F&B events and banquet events

8. Regular manager on duty services

What we wish from you:

Do you have a completed vocational training in the hotel industry, as well as experience in the hotel and/or gastronomy sector?

Do you like to work actively in the operational area and love being a host in an international and varied guest circle? The satisfaction of our guests is your top priority?

Do you like to work independently and self-reliantly in a dynamic and committed team?

Are you motivated, reliable and enjoy showing your team spirit?

Can you communicate well in English and German?
