Your responsibilities include:

• Learning all important tasks and processes in the restaurant
• Acquiring specific food and beverage knowledge
• Preparation activities in the food and beverage outlets
• Providing all necessary items and materials (e.g., cutlery, salt shakers, glasses)
• Polishing glasses and cutlery
• Greeting guests when they enter the restaurant and escorting them to their table
• Providing expert advice on food and beverage selection
• Considering guests' personal preferences, inclinations, and needs
• Performing various tasks at guests' tables or at the sideboard (e.g., filleting)
• Preparing for gastronomic special events

• Good German and English language skills
• Other foreign languages are an advantage

1st class: EUR 1,050.00

2nd class: EUR 1,180.00

3rd class: EUR 1,400.00

4th class: EUR 1,500.00
