The Impact You'll Make

Creating a high-quality guest experience isn't just about our front-of-house and other hotel-based teams. So, by providing a comprehensive, confidential Human Resources service to the hotel, accurate and up to date, you'll help ensure we're in a good place to continue providing a great destination where employees feel valued and that guests return to time after time.

What You'll Do

  • Assist in monitoring/tracking employee relations issues including resolution and follow-up.
  • Assist and support management and the leadership team with handling and resolving Human Resources issues.
  • Monitor all hiring and recruitment processes for compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and company policies and standards.
  • Disseminate information to employees related to employer-employee relations, employee activities, and personnel policies and programs.
  • Review and ensure accurate maintenance of all employee records and files (e.g. interview documents).
  • Assist in logistics, administration, and scheduling of annual employee surveys.
  • Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counselling, disciplining, motivating and coaching employees.

What We're Looking For

  • A positive outlook and team-first attitude
  • Flexibility, problem-solving skills and multi-tasking ability
  • Previous experience within HR and CIPD qualified (or in the process)
  • Ability to communicate confidently and influence at all levels
  • Intermediate to Advanced Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint
  • Intermediate HRIS, Payroll and Systems Management
  • High level of written correspondence and attention to details
  • Ability to provide high quality support at all times in a calm manner
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
  • Confidence preparing and delivering presentations to key stakeholders (i.e. Senior Management, Clients, Universities)
