    • You report directly to the Director of Sales & Distribution, work closely with the Convention Sales, Revenue, and Marketing Team, and are the head of the proactive sales department
    • You easily create enthusiasm for our fantastic, (almost) new hotel product among our existing and future customers and enable us to establish ourselves firmly in the market
    • You are responsible for the new acquisition and professional customer care in the local and international corporate market
    • You develop sales strategies and are responsible for all sales activities
    • You build strong partnerships and collaborations with local and global organizations
    • You are responsible for the correct and professional contract management of all framework contracts
    • You support the creation of the sales budget and are responsible for the control and compliance
    • You regularly conduct market observations, analyze and evaluate reports, and base your strategic decisions in coordination with the revenue management and your direct supervisor
    • You are responsible for the administrative and operational management of your team
    • You successfully achieve predefined goals and budget through innovations
    • You act independently and take care of the well-being and personal development of your team
    • You enjoy training and evaluating new employees and trainees
    • You conduct interviews to find new talents for your team
    • You actively participate in departmental meetings and sales strategy meetings, etc.
    • You keep an overview of complaints and communicate confidently with our guests and customers

    • Completed training in the field of hotel-/restaurant business or a specialist in the hospitality industry
    • Alternatively, a degree in hotel-/tourism management
    • You bring relevant professional experience in sales in the hotel industry
    • Outstanding leadership experience

    • You know the Berlin market like the back of your hand
    • Marriott experience through a previous or current job in our company is a great extra
    • Warm, authentic, and friendly personality
    • Inspiring communication and expressive skills in German and English, knowledge of another foreign language is an advantage
