Job Opportunity at Sheraton

Your responsibilities will include:

• Proper mise-en-place for room service orders, including porcelain, glassware, cutlery, and table linens.
• Constant monitoring and replenishment of materials and table decorations in the service station.
• Setting tables according to established guidelines.
• In-depth knowledge of the room service menu, food and beverage menu, and daily menus and specials.
• Receiving orders through the telephone switchboard.
• Retrieving individual menu items from the kitchen.
• Picking up food and beverages for the station.
• Forwarding complaints to a supervisor.
• Timely and proper clearing of room service orders.
• Careful handling of materials and equipment, and maintenance of the station.

• A completed or ongoing vocational training in relevant businesses and positions.

This employment relationship is subject to the collective agreement for the hotel and catering industry (€2,026 gross per month on a full-time basis) with willingness to pay more depending on qualifications and experience.
