Strategic Hr Leader

This position plays a strategic role in leading HR initiatives across at the center, Co-located, xCenter, and Specialty Teams, ensuring consistent and high-impact support for diverse operational environments. This position oversees talent management, employee relations, compliance, and organizational development, while fostering a culture of excellence and inclusion. Given the cross-functional nature of the role and the need to collaborate with teams across different regions and linguistic backgrounds, bilingual proficiency is essential. It enables seamless communication, stronger engagement, and more effective implementation of HR strategies across both Spanish- and English-speaking teams. TOEFL iBT: 120 pts, CAE (C1 Advanced) or equivalent.
