Your responsibilities:

Proper setup and preparation of the meeting and banquet venues according to written instructions.

Ensuring the orderliness, cleanliness, and functionality of all materials and meeting equipment.

Proper storage of unused furniture and equipment.

Implementation and adherence to service and quality standards in the banquet and restaurant area.

Greeting speakers/trainers on site and taking care of coffee breaks (break arrangements, banquet service, etc.).

Booking the transactions made.

Supporting the service team in the restaurant.

Preparation of banquet events (reconfiguration and setup of meeting rooms, laying and covering tables, provision and checking of meeting equipment).

Preparation of coffee breaks for meetings.

You fit with us if you bring the following:

Completed apprenticeship/hotel school.

Good German and English language skills.

First professional experience in banquet service is an advantage.

Strong guest and service orientation.

Neat and tidy appearance.

Positive, open, and motivated.

Flexibility and resilience.

Team capability.

Independence.

Commitment and initiative.

Good communication skills.

The gross monthly salary is from €2,300. Willingness to pay more depends on experience and qualification.
