How You'll Make an Impact at MarqVision

The Sales Operations Manager will serve as the strategic partner to Sales leadership and owner of the CRM and GTM technology stack in relation to the Sales Team. This role blends hands-on operational execution, systems ownership, and process design to ensure our sales team is equipped, enabled, and fully supported to drive revenue efficiently. You will be responsible for optimizing sales workflows, maintaining data integrity, building scalable operational processes, and ensuring MarqVision's sales systems work seamlessly together. This role is ideal for someone who is both technical and business-minded, thrives in fast-paced environments, and has a passion for supporting high-growth sales teams. The role will work directly with the Head of Revenue Operations as well as cross functionally with Marketing, Customer Success and Finance.

What You'll Achieve

CRM & Technology Stack Ownership

  • Serve as an administrator and subject-matter expert for Salesforce and related GTM tools.
  • Design, implement, and maintain automation workflows, sequences, pipelines, and lifecycle stages.
  • Own system integrations across the tech stack (e.g., Outreach, ZoomInfo, Gong, Chili Piper, CPQ tools).
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models to support Sales leadership.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data cleanliness, accuracy, and governance.
  • Evaluate, procure, and roll out new tools to improve sales productivity and analytics.

Sales Support & Operational Excellence

  • Act as the first line of support for Sales reps, helping troubleshoot system issues, reporting questions, and process blockers.
  • Maintain and optimize the lead-routing, account assignment, and territory management frameworks.
  • Oversee the quote-to-contract operational flow and ensure compliance with pricing and approval rules.
  • Support weekly forecasting—ensuring pipeline accuracy, data hygiene, and standardized commit definitions.
  • Develop and maintain playbooks, documentation, and training for sales processes and tools.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Finance to improve cross-functional alignment and workflow efficiency.

Revenue Process & Performance Management

  • Work with sales leadership to define KPIs, performance metrics, and operational benchmarks.
  • Improve opportunity management standards and enforce best practices for deal progression.
  • Monitor sales funnel performance and identify systemic bottlenecks or inefficiencies.
  • Lead and execute strategic RevOps projects such as territory planning, capacity modeling, compensation structure updates, and annual planning.

Skills You'll Need to Bring

  • 5–8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Operations.
  • Deep technical expertise with HubSpot and Salesforce (administration certifications preferred) as well as other GTM techstack (DealHub, Chillipiper, Gong.io, etc)
  • Experience managing complex GTM tech stacks and integrations.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools such as Looker, Tableau, SQL, or Excel.
  • Demonstrated ability to support and enable sales teams in high-growth environments.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical teams.
  • High attention to detail and a passion for building scalable, repeatable operational processes.

What Success Looks Like

  • Sales teams are highly productive, well-supported, and equipped with clear processes and reliable systems.
  • CRM and GTM systems are clean, organized, and automated—minimizing manual work.
  • Leadership receives accurate, actionable reporting and forecasting inputs.
  • Cross-functional workflows between Sales, CS, and Marketing operate smoothly with minimal friction.
  • The company experiences measurable improvements in pipeline quality, productivity, and sales cycle efficiency.
