To enrich our Research and Development department of the Marquardt Group located in Zone industrielle d'El Agba, 2087, El Hrairia, Tunis-El Agba we are looking for you as

Qualifications

• Engineering or Master's degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an R&D or product development environment
• Proven project management and technical leadership capabilities
• Good knowledge of development processes, methodologies, and engineering tools
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to work in cross-functional and international teams
• Familiarity with automotive tools and technologies

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical development of interdisciplinary teams (Software, Hardware, Mechanical) for automotive and non-automotive mechatronic systems
• Coordinate product development activities across the full lifecycle, including new variants, optimizations, special releases, and product validation
• Act as the technical interface with customers and suppliers, ensuring alignment on requirements and deliverables
• Analyze and clarify Customer Requirement Specifications (CRS), ensuring proper requirement elicitation
• Define and maintain System Requirement Specifications (SRS) and system architecture
• Coordinate R&D activities with cross-functional and multinational project teams
• Ensure execution of design validation processes in compliance with standards and project requirements
• Support product qualification and lead root cause analysis for technical issues and failures
• Define test strategies, inspection requirements, and validation criteria
