To enrich our Production department of the Marquardt Group located in Pôle industriel "neopark El fejja" 1153, Mornaguia-la Mannouba, Tunis-El Fejja we are looking for you as:

SMT Process Engineer

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years experience
• Engineering degree or technical diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics
• Experience in maintenance of electronic and automated equipment
• Knowledge of PLCs, control systems, and industrial automation
• Ability to read electrical and electronic schematics
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Understanding of safety and quality standards
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities:

• Optimize SMT production processes to improve efficiency and yield
• Monitor and analyze key process parameters (printing, placement, reflow, etc.)
• Troubleshoot process defects such as soldering or component placement issues
• Support new product introduction (NPI) and process validation
• Implement continuous improvement and cost reduction projects
• Work with quality and production teams to solve process-related problems
• Maintain process documentation and work instructions
