To enrich our Production department of the Marquardt Group located in Zone industrielle d'El Agba, 2087, El Hrairia, Tunis-El Agba we are looking for you.

Qualifications

• Technical Engineering Diploma (or equivalent), with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar industrial or production-related role
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken); German language skills are considered an advantage
• Solid experience with production and process-related tools, including monitoring, optimization, and continuous improvement methodologies
• Practical understanding of manufacturing processes and operational workflows

Responsibilities

• Ensure the capability and the proper functioning of machines & test equipment
• Responsible for product modification, planning and realization of new samples
• Support and supervision during the SOP and ramp-up phase of new projects
• Participation in production continuous improvement system
• Tact time analysis of production line & ergonomics to reach the required productivity with the required quality
• Participation in root cause analysis meetings and realization of counter measures
• Ensure the working according the process control plan
