Mold Process Engineer
Qualifications
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics
- Experience in a similar role is an advantage
- Mandatory proficiency in English (written and spoken)
Responsibilities
- Implement Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) in production, ensuring timely and accurate execution
- Support the introduction of new processes for project launches (e.g., new production lines such as Hilti), including active participation in transfer activities
- Optimize existing production processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness
- Verify and maintain standard times in production to ensure accurate planning and performance tracking
