To enrich our Industrial Engineering department of the Marquardt Group located in Zone industrielle d'El Agba, 2087, El Hrairia, Tunis-El Agba we are looking for you as:

Qualifications:

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.
• First professional experience (2–5 years) in manufacturing engineering or industrialization within the automotive sector.
• Knowledge in planning and implementing assembly and electronic production processes, including layout and logistics planning.
• Ability to prepare feasibility studies and develop concept proposals, including presentation to customers.
• Experience in product design-for-manufacturing (DfM), in collaboration with development and quality teams (e.g. participation in FMEA).
• Competence in creating production specifications, process documentation, and operating/test equipment standards.
• Understanding of investment calculations, cost analysis, and payback evaluation for automation solutions.
• Experience in procurement and commissioning of assembly equipment, including supplier acceptance and plant approval.
• Knowledge of MTM / Methods-Time Measurement (UAS) time studies, workflow data management, and master data handling in SAP.
• Fluent English (mandatory), with strong communication skills and willingness to travel for production line relocation and on-site support.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of feasibility studies and elaboration of concepts, possibly with presentation of the results at the customer.
• Creates detailed planning of the assembly and electronic processes including layout and logistics planning (specific customers or supplier packaging).
• Definition and demand of product / product design, in relation to suitable for production with the development and quality, e.g. In FMEAs.
• Creation of the necessary production specifications, in relation to process, operating / test equipment standards.
• Combine the operating resources costs with the payback period rule for automation solutions.
• Order, procurement of the assembly equipment, acceptance at supplier and approval at the factory.
• Creation of predefined time calculation (MTM / UAS analysis).
• Data management of workflows and relevant / assigned master data as well as the verification of the overall process (functionality traceability) in SAP.
• Direct relocation and delivery of the production lines to the foreign operations with intensive on-site support.
• Development of demand and capacity overviews of the production line.
• Collaboration and evaluation of RUN's I-III.
• Collaboration in changes to PEP phases.
