To enrich our Research and Development department of the Marquardt Group located in Zone industrielle d'El Agba, 2087, El Hrairia, Tunis-El Agba we are looking for you as:

Functional Test Engineer

Qualifications:

• University degree in Electronics Engineering, Information Engineering, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of automotive electronic systems, including ECUs and communication bus systems (e.g., CAN, LIN)
• Strong analytical thinking with a structured and methodical approach to problem-solving
• High level of reliability, accountability, and attention to detail
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate within teams and manage conflicts constructively
• Resilient and assertive, with the ability to perform in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented mindset combined with a positive, proactive attitude

Responsibilities:

• Define and implement test strategies and plans for Electronic Control Units (ECUs)
• Plan, execute, and monitor test activities, ensuring proper validation and integration of ECUs
• Select appropriate test methods, tools, and specifications, supporting the full process from definition to approval
• Analyze, document, and communicate test results to relevant stakeholders
• Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure alignment of interfaces and system requirements
• Support the optimization of testing processes and real-time Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) systems
• Contribute to the setup, validation, and upgrade of testing equipment (e.g., HIL systems) in collaboration with technical teams
• Support procurement of equipment and components required for software testing activities
