This role is based out of our office on 200 George St, Sydney, and while we love the energy that comes with being in the office, we also appreciate the opportunity to work remotely can energize you too. As our new Marketing Manager, White Claw lead the strategic and commercial direction of the Mark Anthony Brands Australian portfolio of brands. Including the iconic White Claw brand, and our new-to-world sports hydration drink MAS+ By Messi. You will play a central role in shaping long-term brand growth, crafting culture-first campaigns, and bringing to life bold, breakthrough activations. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role, ideal for a strategic thinker with creative energy, commercial sharpness, and a deep understanding of brand-building in today's connected, fast-moving consumer landscape.
Additional key responsibilities include:
- Support the Marketing Director in developing and implementing brand plans for the Australian portfolio, including White Claw and MAS+ by Messi.
- Build brand equity, awareness, and trial through integrated campaigns grounded in consumer insights and cultural relevance.
- Develop, execute, and manage social media and brand advocacy programs to connect with consumers and drive engagement.
- Lead the experiential program across key partnership properties, ensuring integration across consumer and shopper marketing channels.
- Partner with the Commercial and Trade Marketing teams to activate brands in key outlets, retail, and experiential platforms such as White Claw "Shore Club."
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Insights, Finance, and Operations to align strategies and deliver strong commercial outcomes.
- Manage agency partners to deliver high-quality creative, events, and campaigns, while tracking budgets, spend efficiency, and ROI.
- Build in-house expertise and passion for culture-led brand planning, embedding best practice across the team and portfolio.
What you'll bring:
- 7+ years' experience in brand management, ideally within liquor / alcoholic beverages industry.
- Proven track record of executing campaigns across PR, events, social media, and influencer/advocacy marketing within the Australian market.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance creative brand-building and business performance.
- Experience managing agencies, budgets, and multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with commercial, sales, and global brand teams.
- Knowledge of culture-first brand building and a passion for embedding brands in consumer communities.
