Witchger School of Engineering at Marian University in Indianapolis invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track assistant/associate professor in mechanical engineering, starting August 2026. Mechanical engineering is the largest program under the Department of Biomedical, Chemical, and Mechanical Engineering. Exceptional candidates with vision, leadership potential, and passion will be considered for the position of Associate Professor with Tenure and Chair of the Department of Mechanical Engineering. We seek candidates in all related fields, who will promote Marian University's Catholic Franciscan mission and identity by providing learners with emphasis on advanced manufacturing, robotics, automation, additive manufacturing, artificial intelligence, machine learning, sustainable engineering, renewable energy, controls, and mechatronics.
