The Mar-Bella Collection is a growing group of four award-winning five-star luxury hotels, all around the Ionian Sea. The flagship MarBella, the Nido an adults-only destination and a member of Small Luxury Hotels of the World, and the Avali, the new hotel of the group set to open in 2025 are located in Corfu, while the Elix is in Karavostasi Thesprotias, in a location of unparalleled natural beauty.

The Mar-Bella Collection is seeking an intern for the Human Resources Office in Corfu.

Responsibilities

• Updates our internal databases with new information about employees, including contact details and employment records
• Collects payroll data, such as working hours, leaves, and bank accounts
• Filters resumes and application forms
• Schedules and confirms interviews with candidates
• Publishes, updates, and removes job advertisements on job sites, career pages, and social media
• Prepares Human Resources reports as needed
• Reviews and distributes company policies in digital or print format
• Participates in organizing company events and career days
