What You'll Do
As the Sales Manager, you will drive revenue growth by overseeing the sales process and fostering high-value client relationships. Your key responsibilities will include:

Proven experience in B2B sales Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships Strong negotiation and communication skills A competitive, self-driven personality capable of working independently A team player mindset – you'll join a supportive team with a structured onboarding process from day one Fluent Lithuanian English skills are mandatory for international teammates Experience in SaaS, fleet management, or telematics is highly valued Previous sales team leadership experience is highly valued
