Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HR projects such as global HR system implementations, compensation & benefits redesign, and engagement/culture initiatives
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, resources, and success metrics in collaboration with HR team & stakeholders
• Facilitate workshops and tests on new products and processes
• Drive adoption and measure ROI/post-implementation outcomes
• Continuously improve HR project management standards, templates, and methodologies within the organization

Who You Are

• Proven project management experience within the HR field
• Solid understanding of core HR processes and how they support business objectives
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret insights and make data-driven decisions
• Comfortable working with data: collecting, analyzing, and translating it into clear recommendations
• Fluent in English, enabling effective collaboration with global teams
