Lead a team of Financial Consultants (and sales managers/supervisors when appropriate) in offering insurance solutions for customers.
Develop and execute strategies and value propositions to penetrate more customer segments to meet/exceed sales plans in a sustainable way, whilst ensuring sales quality.
Drive productivity and production through robust sales activity management and other sales levers such as incentives/promo's/seminars/marketing.
Work closely with Manulife stakeholders including operations, marketing, products, and IT to ensure delivery of key business services and priorities for the channel.
