New Business Operations Associate

Are you a self-starter with strong communication skills, who enjoys working in a team environment with a passion for learning? Consider joining our team as a New Business Operations Associate! Reporting to the Manager, New Business Support; the Operations Associate is responsible for providing excellent service, support, and administrative tasks with the purpose of delivering an outstanding client experience. You will use general knowledge and skills acquired through training to facilitate the money movement of client funds.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for following up on participant rollovers in a timely manner
  • Responsible for responding to emails and other participant inquiry in a timely manner
  • Work directly with financial intermediaries to ultimately channel assets into John Hancock
  • Connect with Third Party Administrators and Plan Sponsors to facilitate rollover process
  • Complete daily and weekly operational activities while following department policies and procedures
  • Respond to routine inquiries from various operation teams both internal and external
  • Oversee data integrity requirements
  • Proactively share knowledge to ensure team objectives are met
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, excellent opportunity for a New Graduate!
  • Excellent written communication, phone demeanor, and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of financial services is a plus!

Salary & Benefits: Salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
