This role reports to Head of Health Claims. You are a Medical Service Provider and Network Manager to manage and expand medical providers/partners network to provide excellent services to customers as well as to join as a key Subject Matter Expert in health projects.
1. Building and maintaining excellent relationship with medical providers/partners networks, managing medical providers networks to provide excellent and effective service to customers in healthcare;
2. Expanding medical service providers network continuously aiming to make medical service providers become one of key competitive services for claims and to support MVL's strategies;
3. Discussion with medical providers/partners networks to offer good services (such as: discount, etc.) to MVL's customers
4. Providing training courses/workshops with medical providers/partners network for excellent healthcare services;
5. Contribution as Subject Matter Expert in projects relating to enhance healthcare services;
6. Collaboration with cross departments/functions to smoothly solve all claims-related issues and reach claims objectives;
7. Duties to support Department targets and Company objectives as and when assigned by Team leader/Line Manager

1. EDUCATION / TRAINING: University Degree English intermediate is preferred. 2. PROFESSIONAL / TRADE QUALIFICATION: Insurance Business.
3. COMPETENCIES: Hard working, be able to work under high pressure Mature negotiation Stakeholders management Communication skill
4. EXPERIENCE: Minimum 2 years of healthcare insurance/services, medical service providers/partners development experiences Deep relationship with medical service providers/partners at least 2 years.
5. COMPUTER PROFICIENCY: MS Office
6. KEY WORKING RELATIONSHIP: Good attitude and respect colleagues Team work
