MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented ServiceNow Architect to join our team in Lexington Park, MD. This is a hybrid role with 4 days onsite and 1 day remote.

The ServiceNow Architect will lead the design and implementation of enterprise-level solutions. You will be responsible for defining the technical architecture, ensuring system scalability, and guiding the development team through complex integrations and custom application builds.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead the architectural design and technical governance for the ServiceNow platform, ensuring total alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Design and develop complex workflows, business rules, and custom applications utilizing JavaScript and ServiceNow APIs.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and internal teams to navigate system requirements, deliver quality technical solutions and ensure the security, scalability, and maintainability of ServiceNow solutions
  • Oversee system integrations and data flows between ServiceNow and external enterprise systems.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to streamline development lifecycles and platform administration.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams to ensure the successful execution of ServiceNow projects.
  • Stay current with ServiceNow platform advancements and emerging trends to drive innovation.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent (6 additional years of relevant experience)
  • 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in ServiceNow architecture and development.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
  • Significant experience designing enterprise-scale (1k+ users) ServiceNow solutions and navigating complex system requirements.
  • Proven expertise in full-stack ServiceNow development, including IntegrationHub, Service Portal, and custom application creation.
  • Ability to create and communicate complex technical documentation and architectural diagrams to diverse audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ServiceNow Certified Professional, specifically as a Certified Application Developer (CAD) or System Architect.
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in IT Service Management (CIS-ITSM).
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in Strategic Portfolio Management (CIS-SPM)
  • Motivated self-starter with exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to lead remote teams through organizational transformation.

Security Clearance Requirements:

  • US citizenship with the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
  • The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations

The projected compensation range for this position is $116,400.00-$194,900.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
