Support Analyst (L1)
ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, a leading international company, is looking for a Support Analyst (L1) to join their dynamic team.
Location: Athens Westerns Suburbs (Aspropyrgos)
Working Model: Hybrid Working Model, 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.
Reporting to: Team Leader
What you will do:
As a Support Analyst, will provide first-level support to customers, manage requests through ticketing systems, and assist in troubleshooting technical issues.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Troubleshooting and resolving first-level technical issues escalating to L2/L3 when necessary
- Participating in 24/7 on-call rotation to provide support outside of regular business hours
- Monitoring and updating the ticketing system with detailed information and request status
- Collaborating with development and infrastructure teams to resolve technical problems
