You will be reporting to: Branch Manager

Purpose Of The Role:

The Branch Sales Representative is in charge of implementing and managing the long/short term strategy developed for important clients (key accounts) in collaboration with the HQ in order to achieve the designated sales targets. In addition service branches' end customers.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Management and monitoring of the assigned accounts (key accounts from the HQ) at a local (Branch) level and Branches' end customers: visits, offers and monitoring, payments, etc.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers (Key Accounts/Strategic Customers) to increase sales and their involvement with the brand.
  • Market prospecting, identifying and developing new business opportunities, and attracting potential new clients in the area and sectors.
  • Ability to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service and complaint management.
  • Ability to conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and provide commercial/technical advice, offering holistic solutions and not just products.
  • Ability to analyze business opportunities and design sales strategies.
  • Participation and collaboration in different commercial training actions.
  • Attendance and participation in sectoral or national / local fairs.
  • In collaboration with the Branch and Key Account Manager of respective Target Group will implement the strategy.
