Our client, a leading organization in logistics and supply chain management, is seeking a Warehouse Service Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Service Associate, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the warehouse team. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Service Associate

Location: Fremont, CA

Pay Range: $25.00/hr

Shift: 7:00am-3:30pm

What's the Job?

• Ship and/or receive materials, maintaining accurate stock areas and inventory levels
• Operate forklift, simple hand and power tools, weighing scales, and postage meters
• Use company vehicle to pick up and deliver orders and equipment
• Assist in data entry, counter and telephone sales/service, order pulling, and customer calls as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency

What's Needed?

• At least 1 year of warehouse or customer service experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including English grammar
• Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (MVR)
