Our client, a leading logistics and supply chain organization, is seeking a Warehouse Operations professional to join their team. As a Warehouse Operations specialist, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the logistics and warehouse management team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative spirit, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Hanover, MD

Pay Range: $23 to $25 based on experience

What's the Job?

• Develop and implement warehouse operational strategies, policies, and procedures by leading workflow analysis, space planning, and equipment layout.
• Drive company policies and procedures; identify training and development needs to enhance team performance.
• Support a high level of teamwork and foster cross-functional collaboration across departments.
• Coordinate with logistics partners to manage inbound and outbound logistics efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control, and productivity goals in alignment with leadership objectives.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management preferred.
• Forklift experience, with certification being a plus.
• Proven experience in warehouse management, including managerial roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels.
