Tier 2 Technical Support Call Center Agent

Our client, a leading organization in the automotive technology industry, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Tier 2 Technical Support Call Center Agent to join their team. As a Tier 2 Technical Support Call Center Agent, you will be part of the Customer Experience Center supporting the Inbound Support Team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Irvine, CA

Pay Range: $25.00

Shifts available between 0500 AM - 0600 PM, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

  • Respond to customer inquiries and technical support issues via phone, email, and live chat in a professional, clear, and concise manner.
  • Assist customers with product questions, technical troubleshooting, and policy clarifications.
  • Provide accurate and complete information in a friendly and customer-focused tone.
  • Work with IT and other teams to resolve client issues efficiently.
  • Research and resolve customer issues by collaborating with internal departments or referring to company policies and guidelines.

What's Needed?

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or online support environment.
  • Experience troubleshooting automotive technologies like entertainment systems and connected vehicle technology.
  • Exceptional written communication skills with strong grammar and spelling proficiency.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations or cases simultaneously.
