Our client, a leading organization in property management, is seeking a Tenant Services Administrator to join their team. As a Tenant Services Administrator, you will be part of the Property Management Department supporting tenant relations and property operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, proactive problem-solving, and a customer-focused attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Tenant Services Administrator Pay range: $26-29/hr

Location: Falls Church, VA

What's the Job?

• Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries and service requests
• Coordinate with maintenance staff to schedule repairs and conduct regular property inspections
• Assist with lease management duties, including lease administration, renewals, and terminations
• Ensure all interactions with tenants comply with legal and company guidelines
• Resolve tenant complaints and address service issues promptly

What's Needed?

• Proficiency in property management software such as Yardi and Nexus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach
• Basic understanding of lease agreements, rental law, and building maintenance
