Our client, a leader in autonomous vehicle technology, is seeking a Tele Ops Operator to join their team. As a Tele Ops Operator, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the Autonomous Vehicle Monitoring team. The ideal candidate will have proactive problem-solving skills, a positive attitude, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Tele Ops Operator

Location: Foster City, CA

Pay Range: 29/hr. Shift: Day/Night shift Available

What's the Job?

• Effectively monitor autonomous vehicle operations to ensure safety and efficiency
• Respond to and manage critical mission needs in real-time
• Assist the fleet of vehicles by providing remote guidance in complex situations
• Assist with testing and data collection to improve vehicle performance
• Work closely with software, QA, and UX teams to enhance the TeleOps interface

What's Needed?

• Possess and maintain a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Pass a background check, MVR check, and drug screening
• Experience working in a cross-functional team environment
• 2-3 years of experience working in operations or a fast-paced environment
• Excellent computer skills and problem-solving abilities
