Our client, a leader in aerospace manufacturing and testing, is seeking a Sr Test Engineer to join their team. As a Sr Test Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting the Factory Test Equipment team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Pay Range: $58.00 Hourly

What's the Job?

• Support, troubleshoot, and perform updates/upgrades on Test Equipment used in manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with on-site and remote engineering teams to identify and resolve test issues impacting production.
• Analyze test failures, determine root causes, and recommend corrective actions to improve test reliability.
• Develop and maintain detailed action plans (RAIL) to ensure systematic resolution of test challenges.
• Interface regularly with ISC leadership and engineering teams to communicate findings and progress.

What's Needed?

• Extensive experience (10+ years) in Test Equipment design, troubleshooting, and support within aerospace or related industries.
• Proficiency in analyzing Automated Test Equipment (ATE) systems, racks, and associated hardware components.
• Strong background in hardware systems engineering with excellent communication skills.
• Experience with system-level requirements development and test solution design.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, C, LabView, or LabWindow CVI.
