Service Center Technician

Our client, a leading organization in building operations and administrative services, is seeking a Service Center Technician to join their team. As a Service Center Technician, you will be part of the Finance department supporting building operations and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

  • Support efficient building operations by managing mailroom, copy center, and facility-related tasks
  • Ensure the timely delivery of mail and packages, including FedEx and UPS shipments
  • Assist with printing, copying, and office supply management to meet departmental needs
  • Provide backup coverage for reception, answering calls and directing visitors
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and customer-focused environment

What's Needed?

  • One or more years of experience in mail and copy center services preferred
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 60 lbs
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
