Senior Recruiter, Marketing
Our client, Bloom Energy, a leader in the clean energy and technology industry, is seeking a Senior Recruiter with a focus on recruiting Marketing talent to join their team. As a Senior Recruiter, you will be part of the Talent Acquisition department supporting the Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for finding exceptional talent which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: San Jose, CA
Role and Responsibilities
- Create and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top Go to Market (GTM) talent with experience in the energy and technology industry.
- Hire across levels for roles in Field Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, and Marketing operations.
- Hire GTM talent with experience in marketing to Hyperscalers, Datacenters, Utilities, and International markets.
- Partner with Marketing leaders to understand hiring needs and create effective talent sourcing strategies.
- Manage full cycle recruiting process for marketing candidates ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Work with recruiting team members (Recruiters, Sourcers, and Coordinators) to develop, implement, and execute hiring strategies for open requisitions.
- Facilitate interviews and hiring discussions with interviewers and hiring managers.
- Drive offer process - including extending offers, closing candidates, and generating offer letters.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future GTM roles.
- Act as a liaison between interviewers and hiring managers and facilitate interview and hiring discussions with all parties.
- Maintain reporting metrics and generate reports on a regular basis.
Skills and Experience
- 8-12 years recruiting experience for a search firm or in-house recruiting team. Experience in hiring in the energy industry is preferred.
- Proven track record of sourcing and hiring top-tier GTM professionals. Experience hiring for Product Marketing, Field, and Digital Marketing and Communications roles is required.
- BA/BS degree from an accredited college or university.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems as well as LinkedIn Recruiter, Facebook, Indeed, and other social recruiting platforms.
- Exceptional interviewing, communication, organizational, and a passion for finding exceptional people.
- Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships.
- Corporate and senior level management recruiting experience.
- Experience with Workday preferred.
- Ability to maintain strong relationships with all clients including internal/external recruiters, business partners, and candidates.
