Our client, Hologic, a global leader in medical device innovation, is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join their manufacturing team. In this role, you will support cross-functional manufacturing and quality teams, driving process validation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence in a regulated medical device environment. The ideal candidate is hands-on, solutions-driven, collaborative, and comfortable working onsite in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Job Title: Senior Manufacturing Engineer – Medical Devices Location: Newark, DE (Onsite) Pay Range: $70–75/hr (flexible based on experience)

What's the Job?

• Lead equipment and process validations including IQ, OQ, and PQ
• Support sustaining manufacturing initiatives and design improvements
• Drive Lean Manufacturing efforts and continuous improvement projects
• Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and implement effective corrective actions
• Collaborate with Quality, R&D, Regulatory, Suppliers, and Contract Manufacturers

What's Needed?

• Medical device or pharmaceutical manufacturing experience
• Strong hands-on validation background (IQ/OQ/PQ)
• Solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and tools
• Experience supporting electromechanical assemblies
• Ability to work 100% onsite in Newark, DE
