Our client, a leader in the consumer goods industry, is seeking a Sales Tax Admin to join their team. As a Sales Tax Admin, you will be part of the Tax Department supporting the U.S. Indirect Tax Team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: East Aurora, NY

Pay Range: $22.31 – $27.88 per hour

What's the Job?

• Track monthly, quarterly, and annual tax filing deadlines, process payment vouchers, and prepare mailings
• Submit electronic returns and payments, update state websites, and maintain organized filing records
• Support non-income related sales and use tax audits by gathering required documentation
• Assist with additional tax filings such as annual reports, business licenses, and unclaimed property reporting
• Validate exemption documentation from internal teams and suppliers

What's Needed?

• 0–2 years of relevant experience
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in an open office environment
