Bilingual Retail Sales Associate

Our client, a leading consumer electronics brand specializing in smart home appliances and innovative cleaning solutions, is seeking a Part time Retail Sales Associate to join their team. As a Sales Associate, you will be part of the retail operations supporting the store in Paramus, NJ. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a passion for technology, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Paramus, NJ

Pay Range: $17-$21/hr

Shift: 1st & 2nd shift

What's the Job?

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized product recommendations.
• Maintain deep product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends and new offerings.
• Ensure the sales floor is organized, clean, and visually appealing to enhance customer experience.
• Support operational activities including inventory management, merchandising, and store presentation.

What's Needed?

• Previous experience in sales, especially in appliances, or technical products, is advantageous.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese is a must.
• Passion for technology and customer service excellence.
