Our client, a leader in the commercial roofing industry, is seeking a Roof Service Technician to join their team. As a Roof Service Technician, you will be part of a dedicated team supporting various roofing projects. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a hands-on approach to work, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Roof Service Technician

Location: Rochester, MN

Pay Range: $55,000-$73,000

Shift: Day Shift, Perm Opportunity

What's the Job?

• Respond to leak repair calls in a timely and professional manner
• Inspect, diagnose, and locate leaks on EPDM, TPO, and PVC roofs
• Perform roof repairs efficiently and effectively
• Document findings and repairs accurately
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and project managers

What's Needed?

• Prior experience working with EPDM, TPO, and PVC roofing materials is required
• Proven ability to identify and repair roof leaks on commercial systems
• Familiarity with roofing safety procedures and OSHA regulations
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions
