Marine Field Service Technician
Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (weekend availability as needed)
Salary: $70,000 – $80,000/year + benefits

We are seeking a Marine Field Service Technician to perform repairs, maintenance, and installations across a wide range of systems, including electrical, hydraulic, propulsion, air conditioning, and mechanical systems. What You'll Do:
- Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and installations on marine systems (AC/DC electrical, hydraulics, propulsion, air conditioning, structural, and mechanical).
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools and technical manuals.
- Read and interpret schematics and technical drawings.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance, repairs, and parts inventory.
- Collaborate with subcontractors, marinas, and vendors to ensure work quality and timelines.
- Travel domestically and internationally as required.
Requirements:
- Associate or technical degree in a related field.
- Proven hands-on experience with marine systems and vessel repair/refit.
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read schematics and technical drawings.
- Professional proficiency in Spanish and Italian is highly preferred.
- Valid driver's license.
