Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Process Control Engineer to join their team. As a Process Control Engineer, you will be part of the engineering department supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership, superb analytical skills, and great organizational abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Process Control Engineer

Location: Port Edwards, WI

Pay Range: Up to $120,000

What's the Job?

• Performing quality assurance on existing manufacturing processes.
• Identifying areas that need process control optimization.
• Driving process control innovation in collaboration with senior managers.
• Managing capital projects from conception to completion.
• Training teams on the implementation of new processes.

What's Needed?

• Degree in Engineering or in an Industry-related field is required.
• Experience in process control engineering in a related industry.
• Extensive industry-specific process control knowledge.
• Excellent leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Ability to understand and ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations.
