Our client, a leader in healthcare services, is seeking a PRIORITY - Chronic RN to join their team. As a Chronic RN, you will be part of the patient care team supporting individuals with End Stage Kidney Disease (ESKD). The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to quality patient care which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: PRIORITY - Chronic RN

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Shift: 8 hours per shift

What's the Job?

• Provide and coordinate clinically competent care including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation for assigned patients.
• Perform ongoing, systematic collection and analysis of patient data before, during, and after hemodialysis treatment.
• Educate patients and families on treatment options and care plans.
• Administer medications as prescribed and document medical justification and effectiveness.
• Participate in staff training and orientation of new team members.

What's Needed?

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum of 1 year of Nephrology Nursing experience in the last two years.
• Experience in chronic hemodialysis is required.
• Current CPR BLS Certification.
