Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, Day Shift

Pay Range: $16.00HR with weekly pay

The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, and enjoys being the first point of contact for patients — providing exceptional service and support in a fast-paced setting.

What You'll Do:

• Greet and check in patients in a courteous and professional manner
• Schedule appointments and verify insurance information
• Answer phones, manage messages, and assist with patient inquiries
• Maintain accurate electronic health records and update patient information
• Coordinate communication between patients, clinical staff, and providers
• Support a positive, team-based office culture focused on patient satisfaction

What's Needed:

• Prior experience in a medical office, healthcare front desk, or administrative role preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency with computers and electronic medical record (EMR) systems
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Professional demeanor and compassion for patients and families
