Manpower is seeking an outgoing customer service associate to join our client's team. We are looking for one full time and one part time for role. Hours: Day Shift start time can vary Pay: 11.00 per hour What will you do? - Schedule patient appointments - Manage large numbers of inbound calls - Research customer needs and provide solutions - Demonstrate professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions - Communicate effectively with patients with hearing difficulties What makes you a great fit? - Customer Service and Call Center experience - High School diploma or equivalent - Strong computer skills - Excellent telephone communication skills - Organized, driven, team-oriented, and positive Who is Manpower?
